We own an apartment which you can rent. It is in Porto Frailis by Arbatax,  about 200 m from the beach. In the picture (right), it is the top floor corner facing you. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa-bed and a kitchen attached, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a covered veranda with dining table—great for breakfast! See photos above and right. It is newly furnished and equipped with  a small washing machine, air conditioning and parking. The price to rent the flat depends on the season, see the table below. Prices for two occupants and include provision of linen & towels, cleaning, heating/air con. For each extra person age 12 years or above, we charge an extra €50 per week, and €25 pw for children aged 4-11. See our Terms and Conditions for deposit and payment terms.

Just as for guests at The Lemon House, we help people staying in the apartment with information on the latest new climbing areas, walking, kayaking, cycling…as well as good restaurants and the best beaches.
